The Henderson


The Henderson is a 36-storey, 190-metre skyscraper at 2 Murray Road in Central, Hong Kong, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects and completed in 2024. Its sculptural, curved glass façade is inspired by a blossoming Bauhinia bud, Hong Kong's floral emblem. The tower sits on an elevated base that shelters public courtyards and gardens, weaving into the city's elevated pedestrian walkway network.


The interior design of the public spaces including the double-height ground-floor foyer, the second-floor public lobby, and the summit lounge Cloud 39 was also carried out by Zaha Hadid Architects, featuring organic forms rendered in stone and metal, with digital artworks by 59 Studio integrated into screens throughout the lobbies and elevator areas.
