My story of as a photographer

I am a South African photographer based in Asia. With a professional background in design, creativity has always been central to my life.

Photography, however, has long been my true passion and today, it’s my full-time focus.

I draw inspiration from people and their stories that they carry. My goal is to translate those stories into honest, emotive photographs that feel natural and personal. Hong Kong is a constant source of inspiration: it’s layered streets, hidden corners, vibrant markets, and relentless energy offer endless visual possibilities. I love exploring the city on foot, allowing moments to unfold and details to reveal themselves organically.

My style is authentic and I focus on the fleeting, unguarded moments, the subtle expressions, quiet connections, and genuine interactions that often go unnoticed. These are the moments that give photographs depth, emotion, and life.

Time moves quickly, and moments are gone before we realize their value. Memories deserve more than a digital existence. Through thoughtfully crafted images, my aim is to help preserve these moments as tangible keepsakes photographs to print, frame or turn into books that can be revisited for years to come.

Every person has a story worth telling and through my images I love to tell it.
